Although we offer the full range of ITIL® and ISO/IEC 20000 courses, we have taken the strategic decision not to offer courses publicly but to focus on in-house courses. This is to remove the risk of having to let delegates down by cancelling courses due to low attendance figures. We run in-house PeopleCert and APMG accredited courses. We can also tailor courses to meet your particular needs.

Through consultancy engagements we use the ITIL® framework to assist our customers in achieving certification to the international standard ISO/IEC 20000. Using our knowledge of the customer we are able to personalise the course. The benefits of a personalised course can be further enhanced with the inclusion of strategic suppliers.

Our trainers bring to the class room a wealth of training and consultancy experience which make our courses interactive, informative and enjoyable, the ideal learning environment. Our pedigree comes from working with and for Accredited Training Organisations such as CEC Europe, HP, Bishops Beech, Global Knowledge and The Grey Matters. We have been delivering IT Service Management training since the year 2000, holding first lecturer status with EXIN, BCS, PeolpleCert and APMG. We have trained over 7000 delegates (over 200 ITIL®4 Foundation delegates), delivered courses worldwide and to most nationalities.

We are also proud to have been acknowledged for our contributions to IT Service Management at the annual itSMF UK Conference awards.
