Although we offer the full range of ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 courses we have taken the strategic decision that unless there is a specific demand we will not offer the courses publicly but concentrate on private in-house deliveries.
We conduct gap assessments based on the 217 requirements contained within the current release of ISO/IEC 20000, the IT Service Management standard. The assessment report highlights to the organisation seeking certification the areas meeting the requirements of the standard and the areas where improvements are needed. We can also conduct an ITSM assessment using the FitSM tool set. FitSM is promoted throughout Europe as a ‘standard for lightweight service management’. Rather than having the 217 requirements of ISO/IEC 20000, FitSM only has 82 requirements.
