Principal Consultant
Stuart joined the company in 2009 as a founder member. He has been working within the IT Service Management space since the year 2000, delivering both training and consultancy for small UK based companies and world-wide corporations operating in the different markets.
Qualified as a V2 Service Manager, V3 Expert and more recently as a V4 Managing Professional.
Stuart is also a qualified expert in ISO/IEC 20000, delivering both APMG and EXIN accredited ISO/IEC 20000 courses.
Stuart is a highly respected trainer/lecturer having trained over 6500 delegates through a combination of classroom and virtual courses. Has travelled extensively and able to adapt to the different business and regional cultures. Through the use of examples gained from consultancy projects, Stuart is able to bring the course to life.

Nigel Mear is a highly experienced IT Service Management professional with an extensive track record gained in a number of major organisations including the BBC, IBM, British Telecom, and Cable and Wireless.
Nigel is an accomplished IT service management practitioner, service improvement consultant, professionally accredited ITIL® trainer, and business coach, experienced at working with teams and individuals at all levels.
He is regular speaker at industry events and recently authored the official BCS and ISEB sponsored ITIL® Foundation Exam preparation guide. Nigel also voluntarily developed and launched the Mentoring Programme for the Institute of Service Management.
Within the industry Nigel is an active member of the BCS, Institute of Service Management, IT Service Management Forum, European Mentoring & Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching.
Consultant
Fran Davern is a very experienced IT Service Management expert having managed different aspects of Ulster Bank Groups IT Services for over 18 years before moving into IT Service Management consulting. He has extensive IT Governance and Organisational Change experience gained in organisations within the financial services, managed services and manufacturing industries.
His experience is influential in the delivery of solutions combining extensive best practice experience with excellent leadership and communication skills. He consistently adds value for the clients he works with by his thought leadership and doing things ‘right first time’.
Fran is a qualified ISO/IEC 20000 consultant, is a member of the Institute of IT Service Management and a Board member of the Irish Chapter of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF).

Cathy has an extensive and practical track record as an IT Service Management professional, gained from being a customer and sponsor for the implementation and continual improvement of service management. Also as a consultant working with well known and highly regarded organisations, both large and small; public and private sector.
Cathy is a highly experienced service improvement consultant, best practice advocate and professionally accredited ITIL® trainer who is able to work with all levels and abilities.
Cathy was originally sponsored to become a tutor by a previous Chief Examiner for IT Service Management and tutored a winner of the itSMF ‘Student of the Year’ award.
