ISO/IEC 20000

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first standard for IT Service Management, promoting the adoption of an integrated approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet the business and customer requirements.

ASSESSMENTS

An assessment of your IT Service Management capabilities against the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 or FitSM, a European lightweight standard.

ITIL 4® & ISO/IEC 20000 Courses

Manchester Airport

Stockport MBC

Worked with Business Services ICT, as their sole external resource, to achieve and retain ISO/IEC 20000 certification. The project included ISO/IEC 20000 assessments and both ISO/IEC 20000 and ITIL ® training.
